Match Amounts Minimum $10, Maximum up to $15,000, Match Ratio 1:1. Maximum matching gift amounts vary by position ($1,000 for part-time employees to as much as $15,000 for full-time employees. Gap employees must register their match requests within 120 days of the date of the donation. Gap spaces out its overall corporate match limit in order to match donations throughout the year. If the program is closed, make sure to set a calendar reminder for next month to submit the match request. Gap and subsidiaries such as Banana Republic & Old Navy offer two types of volunteer grants for its employees: Individual Money For Time Grants: For every 15 hours a Gap employee volunteers with a nonprofit in a calendar year, Gap will provide a $150 grant to the nonprofit. Field Team Grant: For every 25 hours a store team of three or more employees volunteers with an eligible nonprofit that serves youth or women, the store can give a $250 grant to their partner nonprofit. Board Service Grants: Grants of $1,000 – $10,000 are provided to nonprofits where gap employees sit on a nonprofit board.
