The Accounting Manager will be responsible formanagingtheaccounting and finance functions of Global Impact for the Finance & Business Services (FBS) department. They will manage fiscal sponsorship and fiscal agency client communicationand deliverablesandmanageFBSstaffto ensure that all necessary compliance activities are fulfilled.

As a Senior Accountant, you’re primarily responsible for collecting, reconciling, and summarizing accounting information, entering data into different accounting software, and generating financial reports for international and grant recipient clients.

The Internal Auditor, Finance & Business Services evaluates and improves the Finance & Business Services team’s risk management, control, and governance processes by conducting independent, objective assessments. They will analyze financial records, ensure regulatory compliance such as laws and internal policies, identify operational inefficiencies, and provide recommendations to management to strengthen internal controls, prevent fraud, and safeguard assets.

As a Senior Accountant for Intercompany Accounts, you’ll be responsible for collecting, reconciling, and summarizing accounting information, entering data into different accounting software, and preparing preliminary financial reports in an intercompany environment. 

The Sub-Grants Manager will oversee operations related to sub-granting for assigned fiscally sponsored projects under Finance & Business Services. This role manages the sub-grant proposal submission process, coordinates with internal teams and subgrantees, supports compliance and due diligence reviews, drafts grant agreements, and ensures timely execution of post-award tasks. The selected candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing sensitive information in a fast-paced environment.

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate with the ability to oversee vendor contract intake, preliminary compliance review, contract workflow coordination, and related process improvements. This role will manage the Asana-based contract and change order submission system, support finance and compliance review processes, and serve as a key liaison among internal teams, vendors, and operations leadership. This will entail 1200-1500 contracts annually for our fiscally sponsored projects under Finance & Business Services. This is a newly created role to support our growing business.

As the IT Manager,you willbe responsible foroverseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of Global Impact clients IT systems, networks, andapplications. This role involves managing the deployment, maintenance, and improvement of technology systems that support business objectives, ensuring compliance with security standards.

As a Manager on our Nonprofit Advising team, you are a strategic thinker and project manager with proven experience developing strategies to help nonprofit organizations diversify revenue and raise significant funds from foundations, corporations, and/or high net worth individuals (HNWIs).

The Director of Finance & Business Services manageskey executive and leadership tasks related to fiscal sponsorship, business development, and financial systems for the Finance & Business Services (FBS) department for Global Impact.They will serve as a backup to the Managing Director.
