The Washington State Combined Fund Drive (CFD) is a workplace giving program for active and retired public employees seeking to give to charitable organizations through payroll contribution and agency fundraising events. Each year, over 15,000 active and retired public employees pledge over $5 million to more than 1,700 local, national and international charities.
