Employees should submit their requests by October 31st. Northrop Grumman provides grants to nonprofits where employees volunteer on a regular basis. Community Service Grants in Three Easy Steps: 1. Volunteer at least 40 hours with one or more 501(c(3 non-profit, nonpartisan and nonreligious organizations or schools. Hours must be accumulated during the grant cycle, which is January 1 through December 31. 2. Log your volunteer hours. 3. After logging 40 volunteer hours, you may submit your Community Service Grant application to benefit any of the organizations for which you have logged volunteer hours. No more than one single grant will be awarded per employee, per grant cycle.
