Match Amounts Minimum No Minimum, Maximum $500, Match Ratio 1:1. The maximum amount ranges from $500 per calendar year for associates and up to $40,000 for executives. Employees / donors submit their matching gift requests electronically at https://humana.benevity.org/user/login. Every quarter, Humana offers a drawing for a $4,000 grant for employees who log 4 hours of volunteering in a month. Additionally, one employee who volunteers over 100 hours in a year is selected as the volunteer of the year and can allocate a $10,000 grant to a nonprofit.
