Dell offers two types of matching gifts: Dell matches individual donations (all global employees and Dell matches the portion of an employee’s fundraising effort that comes from Dell colleagues for events such as charity walks, runs, and bikes. In order to get their donation’s matched, employees/donors should donate or fundraise directly through Dell’s giving portal at https://dell.benevity.org/user/login. To access the site, employees should be logged into the company intranet using their Single Sign On credentials or enter their username & password. For every quarter in which Dell employees volunteer more than 10 hours, the individual can allocate a $150 donation towards a 501(c3 organization.
