Match Amounts Minimum No minimum, Maximum $10,000, Match Ratio 1:1. The company typically matches donations at a dollar-for-dollar ratio, though in the past, Adobe has occasionally upped the ratio to 2:1 during certain time periods. Employees / donors can submit their matching gift requests electronically at https://adobe.benevity.org/user/login. Employees should submit their requests by January 31 for donations made in the prior year. Through Adobe’s Dollars for Doers program, Adobe provides grants to nonprofits where employees volunteer. Adobe offers two types of grants: #1 – Individual Volunteer Grants: Adobe will provide a $25 USD grant for every hour an employee volunteers at an eligible nonprofit, up to $10,000. #2 – Team Volunteer Grants: For every 10 employees participating at a volunteer event three hours or longer, Adobe will grant $1,000 USD to the charitable organization — up to $10,000 USD per year.
