Double your impact with your employer match, and get an extra donation from your employer when you volunteer.

Match Amounts Minimum No minimum, Maximum $15,000, Match Ratio 1:1. Employees can submit their matching gift requests electronically by going to https://unitedhealthgroup.benevity.org/user/login. It is required to include the receipt of the donation when requesting for a match. After an employee volunteers for at least 30 hours in a calendar year, the company donates $500 on the employee’s behalf to the nonprofit organization where the employee volunteers.
