Match Amounts Minimum $10, Maximum $5,000, Match Ratio 1:1. Pfizer employees should submit their matching gifts electronically by going to https://pfizerinc.benevity.org/user/login. Match requests must be completed by March 1st of the year following the donation. Pfizer colleagues are eligible for a volunteer grant and will be matched hourly at a rate of $20 for every hour volunteer up to $1,000 annually.
