Match Amounts Minimum $25, Maximum $5000, Match Ratio 1:1. After individuals volunteer with an organization for at least 10 hours, Medtronic provides a volunteer grant of $200 to the organization. Medtronic will provide grants up to $1,000 for up to 50 hours.
