The request must be accompanied by a nonprofit’s donation receipt with donation date, name of donor (must match colleague requesting match, organization name, donation amount, and information on whether any goods or services were received in exchange for this donation. Macy’s matched donations submitted within one year of the actual donation date. Note: Employees must be at the company for 12 months in order to be eligible. Macy’s “Dollars for Doers” program underscores the company’s commitment to the causes and organizations that matter to colleagues by promoting and rewarding individual and team volunteerism. Macy’s, Inc. will make a one-time financial grant of $1,000 to eligible 501(c3 organizations that receive at least 100 hours of colleague volunteering across Macy’s, Inc. over the course of a calendar year.
