Match Amounts Minimum $10, Maximum $10,000, Match Ratio 1:1. Employees and retirees will be able to donate all year-round to their choice of charity and Intel will match the donations to that charity dollar for dollar up to $5,000 per employee or retiree per year. In addition, employees can still generate an additional $5,000 match for schools and educational institutions for a combined $10,000 per employee, per year. Donors should submit their matching gift requests electronically at https://intel.benevity.org/request-a-match. Intel offers a volunteer matching program as a way to provide grants to nonprofits and schools where employees volunteer. After a minimum of 20 volunteer hours have been accrued by Intel employees or retirees, the Intel Foundation will donate $10 per volunteer hour.
