Double your impact with your employer match, and get an extra donation from your employer when you volunteer.

Match Amounts Minimum $25, Maximum $500, Match Ratio 1:1. While on the company intranet, employees should submit their matching gift requests electronically at https://hca.yourcause.com/. For every 10 volunteer hours logged in one calendar year, employees are able to give $200 to the nonprofit of their choice. Employees can earn up to $1,000 each year through volunteer service. Funds may be submitted to any nonprofit, regardless of where employees volunteered.
