Match Amounts Minimum $10, Maximum $5,000, Match Ratio 0.5:1. While on the company intranet, employees should submit their requests electronically at https://genworthuplift.benevity.org/user/login. Employees should requests donations by January 31st of the year following the donation date. After an individual volunteer for 25 hours with an organization, Genworth provides a volunteer grant of $250 to that organization.
