Employees / donors submitted match requests electronically by going to https://expediacares.benevity.org/user/login to access the Expedia Cares program. Expedia employees could submit matching gift requests for donations made at any point during the last 12 months. For every hour an employee volunteered they were eligible to request a grant worth $15 for the nonprofit. Each employee could request up to $1,000 per year in volunteer grants, 5 hours minimum.
