Employees should submit their requests by December 31 of the calendar year the donation was made. Requests will only be accepted for gifts made that calendar year. After employees volunteer for at least 3 hours in a year with an organization, the company will provide a grant to the organization. The company will offer a grant of $15 per hour volunteered.
