Associates can submit their gifts until March 31st of the year following their donation. Bank of America offers a volunteer grant program for employees and retirees who volunteer on a regular basis. There are two tiers of grants: 50 volunteer hours = $500 grants, 100 volunteer hours = $1,000 grants.
