Match Amounts Minimum $50, Maximum $10,000, Match Ratio 1:1. Employees / donors should register their matching gift requests electronically at https://ashland.yourcause.com. Employees must submit match requests within one year of making the donation. Through Ashland’s Dollars for Doers program, after employees volunteer 20 hours with an organization, Ashland provides a volunteer grant of $250 to that organization.
