Our work with the federal government’s Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) began in 1996 and continues today with an increasing footprint that includes strategic planning, management, marketing and implementation.  For state and local partners, we connect employee giving programs to more than 100 leading international charities to inspire greater global giving. We also support their campaigns by submitting comprehensive applications/registration paperwork, supporting campaigns with local staff, and delivering employee engagement resources and trainings.

Long History with the CFC

We have been honored to have a deep and rich history with the CFC. Under the name International Service Agencies, we participated as one of four inaugural federations at the inception of the CFC. At the behest of the Department of Defense, we began our management role with the CFC in 1996 serving as the Principal Combined Fund Organization (PCFO) for the CFC-Overseas. Based on our success with the CFC-O, the Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area, the largest CFC, awarded us the administration of their campaign in 2003, and we served in this role for ten years.

Currently, the organization partners with Tribal Tech LLC to lead national marketing efforts for the CFC and to serve as Outreach Coordinator (OC) for the following geographic areas: DC metropolitan area, overseas, greater New York, Chesapeake Bay Area, Ohio, Hawaii-Pacific, South Central Virginia and Albemarle Bay, Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey, and Southern Florida. 

In our role as PCFO from 1996 - 2016 and as an OC in 2017 and 2018, we have received the Office of Personnel Management Innovator Award 24 times and have raised a combined total of more than $1 billion.

As leaders with the CFC for marketing and campaign zone implementation, our vision is to lead effective and inspiring integrated campaigns that demonstrates the generosity and goodwill of the federal community around the world. We are experts in campaign solutions – planning impactful strategy to maximize giving; campaign support services - developing marketing materials, creating training tools and writing communications; and campaign implementation - training volunteers, staffing, promoting the campaign and tracking progress.
