The Director of Finance & Business Services manages key executive and leadership tasks related to fiscal sponsorship, business development, and financial systems. They also serve as backup to the Managing Director.
You’ll be primarily responsible for managing the accounting and finance functions of Global Impact for the Finance & Business Services (FBS) Department. The accounting manager manages fiscal sponsor and fiscal agency client communication and deliverables and manages FBS staff to ensure that all necessary compliance activities are fulfilled.
As a Senior Accountant, you’re primarily responsible for collecting, reconciling, and summarizing accounting information, entering data into different accounting software, and generating financial reports for international and grant recipient clients.
You’ll primarily be responsible for supporting the HR & Administration team at Global Impact. The Human Resources Associate provides support with benefits, document creation, onboarding, recruitment, and in-office support to enhance our service capacity for the organization.
