The Director will lead the design and execution of international HR strategies to support Global Impact’s business goals. This role focuses on scaling global operations, managing complex international compliance, and serving as a strategic partner to internal leaders and external clients.
The Director of Finance & Business Services manages key executive and leadership tasks related to fiscal sponsorship, business development, and financial systems for the finance & business services (FBS) department for Global Impact. The Director of Finance & Business Services will serve as backup to the Managing Director.
As a Senior Accountant, you’re primarily responsible for collecting, reconciling, and summarizing accounting information, entering data into different accounting software, and generating financial reports for international and grant recipient clients.
You’ll be primarily responsible for managing the accounting and finance functions of Global Impact for the Finance & Business Services (FBS) Department. The accounting manager manages fiscal sponsor and fiscal agency client communication and deliverables and manages FBS staff to ensure that all necessary compliance activities are fulfilled.
