Join a team that mobilizes philanthropic resources to address urgent humanitarian priorities. The Project Support Intern works with the Partner Solutions Team to conduct prospect research, coordinate client deliverables, and support business development across a portfolio of nonprofit, corporate, and foundation clients. The intern also provides day-to-day operational support that strengthens team capacity.
During the internship, the student will gain exposure to a variety of charitable causes by engaging with local, national, and global nonprofits, corporations, and foundations. The intern will participate in internal integrated team meetings and select external client meetings.
The intern will report directly to a member of the Global Impact Partner Solutions Team, with daily oversight to ensure projects align with Global Impact’s mission and strategic goals. The intern will also be invited to present their work to members of the executive team as a capstone, cumulative project for the internship.
We are looking to hire someone local who can come into the office 1 day/week (usually Wednesdays) at our Washington, DC headquarters. Visa sponsorship is not available.
