The Senior Desktop Support Specialist will provide key support to the IT infrastructure, user systems & general processes. In addition, the specialist will manage the configuration and installation of devices and will resolve day-to-day issues within the systems and infrastructure.  The Specialist will maintain inventory for both software and hardware and assist the IT Manager in IT documentation.

The Fundraising Coordinator supports the Campaign Engagement team. They work closely with the Campaign Engagement team to achieve their goals, which include growing current employee giving revenue as well as generating new sources of employee giving revenue. The Coordinator manages relationships with partner charities and campaigns; coordinates and facilitates internal projects; manages the donor database; supports donor cultivation; generates reports; and conducts prospect research. 

The Director, Collective Giving is an entrepreneurial and creative leader with experience building successful, innovative tools and initiatives. The Director manages a suite of products and programs focused on democratizing philanthropy - the practice of making philanthropy more accessible to all. This includes our fast-growing collective giving program and Growfund, the first no-minimum donor-advised fund for individuals, giving circles, and corporations. 

This position leads Global Impact’s Technology Solutions team. The role is a combination of software development management and enterprise architecture oversight and guidance. The Sr. Manager leads a team of (remote) technology professionals and a near shore development partner. The Sr. Manager oversees a robust project pipeline while having the technical experience to ensure that Global Impact builds compelling, technically sound, client-oriented solutions. The Sr. Manager works with the technology team to deliver business requirements in the predetermined timeframe.

The Manager is a key role on the Partner Solutions team, Fundraising & Partnerships Line of Business. S/he is responsible for ensuring the success of nonprofit and private sector clients, and in collaboration with the Senior Director supporting business development efforts. The Manager will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and exciting client portfolio, with integrated teams and skillsets to influence philanthropy. The work is fast-paced and the culture is conducive for growth.

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible for the development, management and implementation of key marketing and communications activities supporting Global Impact’s business lines, projects and campaigns. The Coordinator assists in the development of marketing and communications materials and serves as a writer and editor for the organization, ensuring branding and voice is consistent across internal and external pieces.

Do you want to work with a team of young philanthropists who are mobilizing resources and raising funds to support critical humanitarian needs? The Project Support Intern will work closely with our dynamic Partner Solutions Team to support research, deliverable management and business development for a portfolio of nonprofit, corporate, and foundation clients. The intern will also provide significant internal support for the Partner Solutions Team.
