We’re proud to announce that Christina Hadden, our Managing Director of Finance and Accounting, is being honored as a 2022 CFO Rising Star by Association TRENDS! Christina has been a star at Global Impact since she began here in 2009. She currently provides leadership and oversight on the day-to-day financial management of Global Impact and our two subsidiaries, Geneva Global and Capital for Good. She has also become a national subject matter expert and leading finance practitioner in workplace giving campaigns, corporate philanthropic distributions and nonprofit intermediary finance.

Christina will be recognized at The Nonprofit CFO of the Year Awards Luncheon on Oct. 13 in Washington, D.C. The event honors the contributions of nonprofit financial executives who demonstrate a vision for operational excellence, innovation
in finance and management, and exceptional leadership and commitment to improving accountability and financial reporting.

According to the press release, the Nonprofit CFO Rising Stars are “awarded to a class of emerging outstanding senior finance leaders of nonprofit organizations, who have come to play a major leadership role, supporting the CEO with significant initiatives in the development of their organization.” Since Global Impact’s acquisition of Geneva Global, Christina has built an integrated accounting team, streamlining processes, policies and systems across all three entities. She supports over $120 million in charitable distributions on an annual basis with a combined operating budget of $14 million.
