Christin Cardone McClave is an accomplished senior executive, advisor, and board member with more than 20 years of success across the manufacturing, supply chain, consumer products, and automotive industries.

Christin serves as a Senior Legacy Consultant and Coach, empowering families to fully leverage their financial, intellectual, social, human, and spiritual capitals in order to live their legacies with meaning and purpose. Legacy Capitals provides family enterprise consulting which includes family & corporate culture alignment, family business governance, and leadership development coaching. Christin is the former COO & CHRO for CARDONE Industries, a global sustainable manufacturer of automotive parts for the aftermarket with over 5000 employees, and her third-generation family business. She led them through the successful sale process to a global private equity firm.

Christin obtained her Master of Science in Management from Boston University as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in International Business from the University of Alabama. She is currently serving on two for-profit boards and two not-for-profit boards.
