Romero has led the expansion of two international entities including Canada and Australia. She has also played a key role in broadening service offerings, including the initial establishment of HR and IT support for fiscal sponsor engagements and PEO services, as well as the continued expansion of Capital for Good related services.

Prior to Global Impact, Sabrina, who is also a Certified Public Accountant, worked at Cordia Partners, which was acquired by Cherry Bekaert, where she supported clients across finance and advisory services. Romero resides in Virginia and enjoys supporting her children’s extracurricular activities including competitive gymnastics, baseball, and youth choir, as well as exploring new cities through food tours.
