Hundreds of people have died and thousands more are missing after flash floods swept through communities along the Nepal-Tibet border. Donate to the Nepal Flash Flood Relief Fund to support responding humanitarian partners.

Grants Management

Supporting success across the full grantmaking lifecycle

Navigating where to give and how to maximize impact can be complex. We help philanthropic partners strengthen grantmaking by clarifying priorities, streamlining processes, and creating a clear path from strategy to results.

How It Works

We offer comprehensive grantmaking services spanning the full lifecycle—from strategy and design to implementation and evaluation. Working with families, individuals, foundations, and pooled funds, we can engage at any stage: helping define the purpose of giving, strengthening selection processes, or managing and assessing grants to capture and communicate impact.

Some of the ways we work include:

  • Grantee selection and grants processing. From developing requests for proposals, to vetting, to reviewing reporting, we can work with your team through all aspects of the grant making cycle to meet your giving priorities.
  • Design, implementation, and evaluation of grantmaking systems and structures. We can help you choose a right-sized system to achieve your grant making goals, work with you to implement that system, and, if needed, stick with you to monitor and evaluate your objectives or grantees.
  • Grantmaking strategies. We can help you define your giving goals, theory of change, and develop and implement a plan to get there.
  • Staffing support. We can act as your staff, conducting grantee due diligence, managing and monitoring grants, supporting grantees to achieve success, and communicating impact back to you or an advisory board.

Turn your philanthropic goals into
meaningful, lasting impact.
