Our staff has multiplied, and you will join the Human Resource team to support the continued growth and development of the organization and its team members.
Qualifying for this role means you have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field and 5-7 years of related experience. You have worked in a high-volume recruitment setting and possibly have international recruitment experience. You are comfortable with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn functionality, Microsoft Office, and project management software such as Asana.
This is a full-time position and may be fully remote, with travel to headquarters in Washington, D.C., for team meetings on occasion. Local employees are in a hybrid work model, with 1-4 days per month in our Washington, D.C., office. Visa sponsorship is not available.

The salary range is $88,000 – $94,000, depending on the experience you have. On top of the competitive salary that we are offering, you’ll receive 16 paid holidays and 25 paid days off. We provide an excellent benefits plan including parental leave, medical, dental, short-term and long-term disability, and a robust 401K program.
