The Sub-Grants Manager will oversee operations related to sub-granting for assigned fiscally sponsored projects under Finance & Business Services. This role manages the sub-grant proposal submission process, coordinates with internal teams and subgrantees, supports compliance and due diligence reviews, drafts grant agreements, and ensures timely execution of post-award tasks. The selected candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing sensitive information in a fast-paced environment.
Employees local to Washington, D.C., work 1-2 days per week in the headquarters office. Otherwise, this role can be remote. Visa sponsorship is not available.

The salary range is $80,000 – $90,000 depending on the experience you have. On top of the competitive salary that we are offering, you’ll receive 16 paid holidays and 25 paid days off.
