M. Mouctar Diallo

Board Secretary

Mouhamed Mouctar Diallo formerly served as the National Public Sector Associate Director for Medicines360. He led a team of regional public sector managers/senior managers across the U.S. to create access and generate customer opportunities for Medicines360 products and services in the public health sector. He worked with different internal and external stakeholders in partnership with Medicines360 commercial partner(s) sales leadership team(s) to create access and enable the public health sector to care for their patients utilizing Medicines360 products and services.

Diallo also served as Public Health Manager with MedImmune/AstraZeneca, covering Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi. In that role, he coordinated and led public health initiatives centered on influenza education, awareness, and immunization, lung cancer screening, lung cancer biomarker testing, and RSV prophylaxis. In addition, he assisted and advocated for developing policies and regulations for protection against the flu and guided a cross-functional team to implement strategic plans to increase influenza vaccination coverages. During his tenure at MedImmune/AstraZeneca, Diallo supported procurement of international nongovernmental organizations (International Medical Corps and Global Communities) and advocated on their behalf in developing countries.

Before relocating to the United States, Diallo lived in his home country in Africa. While there, he was the general manager of Fabrique de Matelas Mousse de Labé in Labé, Guinea. He led a team of professionals to run a factory producing foam products for mattresses and cushions. At the same time, he accepted and fulfilled an honorary position as Consul for Senegal, assigned to Moyenne Guinée based in Labé, Guinea. As a Senegalese diplomat in Guinea, he advocated with local and national government officials on behalf of Senegal and Senegalese people living in the Labé area.

Diallo has passion for gender equality, community development, rescuing orphans, health and well-being of women and children, and improving the quality of overall health in African communities. Since his childhood, he has been intrigued by inequality and poverty. He was exposed to giving back to his community at a very young age by his father, a successful businessman who used his houses to rescue orphans. Diallo serves on the Board of the Amadou Diallo Foundation and is a Rotarian. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Université Laval in Québec, Canada.
