World AIDS Day 2016

Falling on Dec. 1 each year, World AIDS Day is an opportunity to unite people worldwide in the fight against HIV, to support the estimated 34 million worldwide living with the disease and to remember the more than 35 million people who have died as a result of the virus. This year’s theme is “Hands Up for #HIVPrevention,” which aims to explore HIV prevention and how it relates to different groups of people.
Get involved this World AIDS Day. Show your support with a red ribbon, participate in World AIDS Day events near you or support initiatives to put an end to HIV transmission through our Global Health Fund.
