The International Center for Research on Women (ICRW) has set out to reduce high rates of child marriage in Jharkhand, India, by educating girls about their rights and working closely with their communities.
That is why the IKEA Foundation is partnering with ICRW on a new project UMANG, to give girls the opportunity to grow up before they get married and amplify their aspirations to create a better life for themselves and their families.
