Human Resources Client Services Senior Manager

Responsibilites

You’ll be working with our fiscal clients as the Human Resource leader in benefits, compensation and payroll, employee relations issues, on and off boarding and performance management.

This is a full-time, newly created role and we welcome a local candidate to work in a hybrid model with one to two days per week in the Alexandria, VA office. (Remote model is possible.) You’ll enjoy leadership from our VP of HR who has been in her role for 15 years. Learn from the best! The salary range for this role is $95,000 – $110,000 depending on the experience that you bring.

  • Administration of benefits & compensation
  • Employee relations management and supervisor coaching
  • Policy administration and communication
  • On and off boarding coordination and management
  • Performance management administration and support
  • Business development support for potential clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of generalist experience in Human Resources required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint and HRIS systems
  • Agility as this role will evolve quickly
  • Project management, research and presentation ability
  • High emotional IQ with the ability to work well with our collaborative team
  • Leadership skills and relationship building
