Welcome New York State employees! The New York State Employees Federated Appeal (SEFA) allows New York employees to give to charitable organizations in participation with SEFA. Through SEFA, people of all ages and backgrounds seeking health and human services as well as preservation of cultural, historical and environmental resources are helped. SEFA permits employees to give to their local community as well as any other county or specific SEFA supported services, maximizing impact.
