Welcome City of Philadelphia employees and retirees! The City of Philadelphia Employees’ Combined Campaign is the City’s workplace giving program contributing to more than 300 charities. Since 1983, $38 million has been raised by Philadelphia employees and retirees in support of funds helping to feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, protect the environment, and assist the youth and elderly.
