Executive Team

Global Impact’s executive team directs the functions of the organization, including fundraising, campaign management, operations, membership, development and marketing. All organization executives and employees are bound together by a commitment to support charitable efforts to help millions of people affected by poverty, disaster and neglect worldwide.

Scott Jackson

Scott Jackson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Global Impact. A global development, fundraising and marketing veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Jackson provides leadership, direction and oversight for all aspects of the organization, which has raised $1.8 billion since inception to help the world’s most vulnerable people.

Joseph Mettimano

Joseph Mettimano is the Chief Marketing & Development Officer. He leads Global Impact’s fundraising, marketing and communications efforts. Mettimano has 26 years of experience serving in leadership roles with some of the world’s most respected nonprofit organizations.

Victoria E. Adams

Victoria E. Adams currently serves as the Vice President, CFC Administration for Global Impact and provides strategic direction to the organization’s campaign management and fundraising efforts. Adams is responsible for the organization’s administration and presence within the Combined Federal Campaign workspace locally and nationally, and leads the strategic planning and implementation of the two largest Federal workplace giving campaigns.

Cindy Darnell

Cindy Darnell serves as Vice President, Operations & Special Initiatives. Cindy joined Global Impact in 2012 and directs Global Impact’s strategic planning, serves as Board liaison and leads the internal and external technology teams. In her time at Global Impact, Cindy has led numerous projects including our office move, SharePoint implementation and many process improvement initiatives and other projects.

Stephanie Scholz

Stephanie Scholz serves as Vice President, Human Resources & Administration. An over 20-year human resources veteran, Scholz joined Global Impact in 2008. In her role, she directs HR strategy, oversees employee benefit programs, supervises the performance management process and collaborates with executives daily on organizational needs. Scholz also ensures employee engagement, shepherds Global Impact’s organizational culture and oversees the Center for Growing Global Philanthropy.
