Executive Team

Global Impact’s executive team directs the functions of the organization, including fundraising, campaign management, operations, membership, development and marketing. All organization executives and employees are bound together by a commitment to support charitable efforts to help millions of people affected by poverty, disaster and neglect worldwide.

Scott Jackson

Scott Jackson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Global Impact. A global development, fundraising and marketing veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Jackson provides leadership, direction and oversight for all aspects of the organization, which has raised $1.8 billion since inception to help the world’s most vulnerable people.

Victoria E. Adams

Victoria Adams, Vice President of CFC Administration, is responsible for the organization’s administration and services within the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) both locally, nationally and internationally, including strategic planning and implementation. She joined Global Impact in 2010 and previously served at ChildFund International and the American Red Cross.

Luis Guardia

Luis Guardia joined Global Impact in 2017 and serves as the Chief Business and Financial Services Officer. With 25 years of experience in nonprofit management, Guardia brings significant expertise to the organization, where he leads internal financial administration, external financial services and asset management programs.

Kathleen Lowenthal

Kathleen Lowenthal joined Global Impact in 2012 and has been heavily involved in launching and growing the Partner Solutions line of business. In her current role as the Managing Director, Partner Solutions, Lowenthal oversees Global Impact’s consultant and advisory work, leading strategy and implementation for corporate and nonprofit partners.

Stephanie Scholz

Stephanie Scholz serves as the Vice President of Human Resources. An over 20-year human resources veteran, Scholz joined Global Impact in 2008. In her role, she directs HR strategy, oversees employee benefit programs, supervises the performance management process and collaborates with executives daily on organizational needs.

Cindy Willmann

Cindy Willmann, Vice President of Operations and Special Initiatives, has been with Global Impact since 2012 and currently oversees the organization’s technology team, board engagement and special initiatives. Willmann has been a certified Project Management Professional, and prior to Global Impact she worked for Deltek, a software company based in the Washington metro area.
