Carol Rieg works in communications with Federal Aviation Administration clients at the Washington, D.C. headquarters within the Air Traffic Organization - Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Human Solutions, Inc. is a woman-owned company offering a wide range of technical and management services for air traffic control providers, aviation planners, airport operators and business management services for government and industry.
Previously, Rieg served as the Corporate Foundation Officer of Bentley Systems, a multinational company with $600 million in annual revenues, providing comprehensive infrastructure and engineering software solutions.
Rieg was responsible for establishing and building the corporate global giving program in 50 countries with financial support focused on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) outreach programs, matching donations to support five major global and catastrophic natural disaster relief efforts and engaging 3300 employees’ volunteer leadership activities. 
Also, Rieg co-founded and served as National Director of the Future City Competition program reaching 500,000 middle school students nationwide through the DiscoverE Foundation. The Future City Competition STEM-based program continues to operate in 37 regions impacting 35,000 middle school students on an annual basis. Rieg raised more than $800,000 on behalf of the Future City Competition from corporate and nonprofit resources.
Rieg is a member of the Board of Directors for the Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union, a $275 million community-based financial institution. Additionally, Rieg serves on the Board for the City of Gaithersburg’s Board of Appeals. Rieg started her professional career as a senior auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers (Coopers and Lybrand).
